Hello. We purchased this princess-cut eternity band to go with my cathedral-set solitaire (purchased elsewhere). We initially had problems finding a full eternity band that didn't stick up too high (which made it sit oddly against my solitaire). Luckily, we found thefacetscollection.com, where all dimensions were listed and we found that the rings were not too tall. We ordered a 1/2-carat eternity band, but it looked too narrow with the band on my engagement ring. We opted for the 1-carat eternity band and the return was easy and hassle-free. We're really pleased with the ring and will definitely be back when we're looking for more jewelry! Thanks for the great customer service and competitive prices.

Had my appraisal today for my Raphael-and it just made me even happier I purchased from you and made me so regretful of my prior experiences!!!

My appraiser gasped when I told her what we paid for the ring. I'm so impressed with the quality of the 11 diamond .60 tcw band I just received. After finding Facets online, I visitied a couple of local B & M stores to compare. When I asked about the diamonds in their rings, I was told that ideal diamonds were never used in rings of the carat weight I was shopping for and the color would never be above I or J. The rings I looked at were twice the price of what I found at Facets.

I am thrilled with the cut and color of the diamonds as well as the platinum setting of the ring I have purchased from Facets. It is simply beautiful! I am so impressed that I look forward to buying a sapphire eternity ring in the future.

I've bought over 2 dozen pieces from Signed Pieces in the last 2-1/2 years. The most amazing purchase I made was an 18k yellow gold bracelet that featured over 30 carats of very fine rubies and 4 carats of diamonds in a beautiful "invisible setting" commonly found in Van Cleef & Arpel's finest designs. The rubies absolutely glow in low light and many people have commented on its stunning beauty... most definately a piece that cannot be duplicated at the jewelry stores in my town.

I spoke with Isaac before Christmas and placed an order for two matching custom made princess cut eternity rings (hers was 5 cts. and mine was 7 cts.) for my wife and I. I received the rings within the specified time frame and they were UNBELIEVEABLE. I was overwhelmed at the rings. The color and clarity of the diamonds were EXACTLY what Isaac told me they would be and the quality of the mountings were UNSURPASSABLE. I found signed pieces/ facets online, but had read several great reviews earlier which led me to the site.

I was looking for a wedding ring to put with my upgraded engagement ring ( 1.77c princess E VVS flanked with .80c trillions E VS) set in 18k gold and platinum. When I saw the Raphael # F2500 with 1.37c of princess diamonds available in 18k and platinum (E-F, VVS/VS), I called and spoke to Isaac. He was most helpful and promised the ring for Christmas. In spite of the transit strike, it arrived as planned. When I tried it on with the new engagement ring, it was perfect!!

This week I took it to an independent appraiser and he commented on the beautiful diamonds and great workmanship. I told him without hesitation where I had purchased it and the price I had paid. He asked if I would recommend the site, and I told him I was only too happy to do so.
